Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support via chat or email at help@khuulshop.com
- Provide your order number
- Specify the item(s) you wish to return
- Include the reason for return (optional)
Important details:
- Returns must be sent to Estonia, European Union — not China!
- Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- A €10 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of the returned item's confirmed delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
PS: Due to Chinese New Year's holidays, orders will be dispatched in late February.
